Yet I am always with you;
you hold me by my right hand….
Those who are far from you will perish;
you destroy all who are unfaithful to you.-Psalm 73:23,27, NIV
When Munchkin and I go to the YMCA, she often asks to hold my hand as we “run” to the doors. It is a game that she loves. She also likes to “win” by “beating” me to the front doors first. Munchkin can be a little competitive.
Today, I want to encourage you. Your Heavenly Father is all about holding your hand. He loves you more than I could ever love my Munchkin (who I love VERY much!).
Below is a song about how Jesus loves an orphaned child. It is a country song–please forgive the twang–but tells a beautiful story about our God who holds us during times of our greatest pain and vulnerability.
Enjoy:
I know Jesus came down from that Cross for me, and I know He came down from that Cross for you, too!
Please forgive the twang. lol. Great song though, even with the twang.
