Our days on earth are like grass; like wildflowers, we bloom and die.
-Psalm 103:15, NLT
How fleeting and short life is.
This was impressed upon me recently when a good friend was killed with his wife in a car accident. We do not know when our final day is.
A cheater lives as if he or she always has tomorrow. It is just one more cheater entitlement issue.
The truth is the cheater has no more claim on tomorrow than you or I. We just do not know.
I rather live my life in such a way that even if I do not get tomorrow, I have peace knowing I have served Him well and made a difference for His Kingdom on earth.
My friends certainly did that.
Yes, cheaters may appear to be having fun now. However, that is so short-sighted. They do not have an eternal perspective.
The legacy cheaters leave is one of death, not life. That is NOT a legacy I want. How about you?
