A decade ago.
My cheater walked out of my life a decade ago abandoning me and our marriage. It was Easter-time; so, it is hard to forget.
Yet, I look back now and see how far God has brought me to today.
I have a wonderfully fulfilling job that pays me well. Better yet, I know I am walking in my calling. On top of that, I have a family with two people who dearly love me–Mrs. DM and Munchkin. Then there are the five parrots that are rather attached to me–or my food–as well.
Richly blessed. Double portion, of course!
Those days ten years ago were devastating days. Maybe you find yourself in that place today? I know I could not see this day back then. The losses were just too great.
I want to encourage you today.
It does get better. God DOES see your faithfulness. He IS a “good bet.” My life story bears witness to these truths.
