Dear Readers,
Recently, I was contacted by a blog reader who wrote a book about her experience. I asked her to write up a little blurb about her book and promised to post it on my website.
Below it a link to her book (just click on the book image) and the little blurb she wrote about it.

When my now ex-husband committed adultery and left our long marriage, I was utterly devastated. Just lost in the woods. I looked for resources. I searched for a life-line, some hope, some glimmer of meaning in it all. I needed to somehow come back to knowing that I mattered, that I was enough after all, that someone cared for me. After several years of healing, I finally was compelled to write the book that I wanted to read back when I was going through the muck of it all.
So I did. I wrote Unfold: Faith-Full Healing after Adultery and Divorce, and I offer it to you as a pinprick of light in these dark days when you are reeling from adultery and divorce. You won’t always feel so lost. You matter every day. You are God’s masterpiece. Life is moving forward, and you deserve a good one.
Isaiah 54:10 (NIV) says, “’Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,’ says the LORD, who has compassion on you.'”
God has compassion on you. God loves you. You are not alone.
Thank you, Pastor! I am thrilled to collaborate with you to tell people that they truly matter, that they are loved, and that they are not alone.
Bought and read this book. Good read and you articulated many of the feelings of being betrayed with the same words I’ve used. It’s true that you reach a point where the pain stops and it’s time to create a new life. I finally got there this year but so did a virus! Doesn’t matter though my progress is not dependent on what I can’t control.
Your book gives the betrayed hope of a new life that has new joys for them to discover.
