Some cheaters and their supporters have no shame.

This seems especially true of the parents’ of some cheaters. They are willing to offer incredibly unhelpful and inappropriate advice to their daughter/son-in-law.

Public Service Announcement:

Dispensing unsolicited advice about the frequency (or “quality”) of a couple’s sex-life is a matter that no parent or in-law ought to engage in.

That is a boundary violation. The spouse dealing with an in-law intruding in this way is appropriately angry with them. They have crossed the line and inserted themselves where they do not belong.

Sadly, some in-laws still do this.

In fact, some Christian leader(s) encouraged such intrusiveness. This is highly unhealthy. The marriage bed is sacred.

It is unwise to mess with and disrespect what God has declared worthy of honor (see Hebrews 13:4).
