Today, I am throwing out a few book cover designs and welcoming feedback over preferences.
Let me know what you think or prefer of the four in the comments to this post.
Option #1:
Option #2:
Option #3:
Option #4:
For my female readers, are these options all “too masculine” for you? Would that turn you off from picking up the book?
Thanks, in advance, for your thoughts!

I like the first one but they all look great, can’t go wrong with any of them.
I don’t think they look too masculine 🙂
Thanks, that’s Mrs. DM’s favorite.

2. I like that the cross is light and it’s overlooking a city. It has a very hopeful feel about it. As if the cross is above all things.

Def 2….the dark city behind and the lighted cross hold a lot of symbolism to me.
I would lose the cross in this instance. People will perceive that they are going to be judged about their moral failings. I kmow you would not, but the cover might turn some off. Some kind of suggestion of rebirth or renewal might be better.
My $0.02
That is my concern as well. I think that is why my wife prefers the light one without a cross.
Good point Loren, I agree.
I think the one with the light is perfect because I know how alone and in the dark you feel in this mess and your just looking for that small glimmer of hope that you’re going to be ok and find a way out or through it!
I don’t care for any of them.
Too dark, murky & not very hopeful.
If these are the ONLY choices, than #4.
What about a dark storm scene with the sun beginning to break through?
3 for me. Three crosses together reminds me of the thief that died next to Jesus. And as a female I don’t think they’re too masculine. The dark look is appropriate to me as infidelity is dark in itself.
