Something about water brings healing.
I am up at a cabin in Northern Minnesota writing these words today. Earlier today, I played with my daughter in the lake. She and her friend insisted that I tossed them in the air while in the lake.
It was fun and healing.
This time would have never happened if I was still married to my cheater. It is a vacation that my in-laws provide every year. The memories made up here will last a lifetime… for all of us.
When we are divorcing a cheater, we can be caught up with all the losses associated with our marriage ending. However, I want to encourage you that it may be a necessary ending to provide a much better life. This is true in my case.
